I do everything from designing earrings and shipping myself so here are just a few guidelines & terms to remember so we’re all in the loop! Please feel free to reach out to me for any further questions or concerns you may have!

please read & note the following:

Please allow at least 3-5 days for orders to be received and shipped. A USPS tracking number will be provided with every shipment. At this time it is a one woman operation. Details will be provided if delays are expected and shipping refunds will be provided as necessary.

For custom orders please allow at least 10-25 days for orders to be received and shipped. A USPS tracking number will be provided with every shipment. Times may vary drastically depending on size, item type, and quantity. Details will be provided if delays are expected and arrangements will be made as necessary.

All custom orders do require a downpayment of at least 25% of the final cost. This downpayment WILL go towards the final cost and supplies for the project. Once the down payment is sent this means you are agreeing to follow through with paying the remaining balance once the custom order is complete and ready for shipping.

Refund, Restarts, & Warranties

I do my absolute best to communicate and send progress photos throughout the process of creating pieces so I ensure your satisfaction and trust in my work. With this being said I understand artists don’t always meet the mark and if this does happen I will do my very best to remedy the issue. I do offer some refunds and re-makes once the customer has reached out with an issue.

If an item arrives damage or broken please contact me immediately! though I have yet to have this happen, I will remake or refund the item as needed.

Customs will be assessed and taken care of on a situational basis. Large custom orders (medallions over 6 inches, purses, full grad caps, & more) will not be eligible for a full refund but other arrangements may be discussed.

If an item is to be damaged or torn with time please contact me and I will provide ways to fix the item or repair the item!
